Minders 121 Belial: That’s dealt with the morning assignments – now, sit down Erika, there’s something I need to talk about. Erika: I’m not liking the sound of this. I get the feeling it’s about more than the cheap coffee I brought in last week. Belial: Erika, the coffee was a mistake but that's not what I want to talk about. We have a change in operations here. Mal wants to give up her Minders business. Erika: I know she hasn't been too active there lately but I didn't realise she wanted to give it up. Belial: Well she does and I've decided to take on the business. I won't have time to run it but I think you could so what do you think about that? Erika: I suppose I could but you need to tell me how you want to develop that little business. Belial: For a start we need to rebrand. I think it should become GE City minders. Erika: You don't want it associated with BBC then? Belial: I think separate branding would be a distinct advantage - we want the right sort of clients for Minders. Erika: And they are? Belial: Mainly older gentlemen who just need help in their daily lives and not their sex lives. Erika: No sex - just need their asses wiping then? Belial: Not personal care more organising activities, appointments, keeping up with relatives all that sort of stuff. Erika: Maybe I should talk to some of the current girls and find out just what they do. Belial: That would be a good start then come back and tell me if you're interested.
