It’s the end of the day as Lieutenant Julie is debriefing the Officers under her. Officer Larry mentioned something to Lieutenant Julie that he had noticed some of the homeless digging in the trash looking for anything to recycle due to that it was Earth Day. Officer Tammy was trying to get that out of her head even after they had departed from the city park. At the same time on the lower floor in the janitorial department, Jean was holding a meeting with her crew who normally would be sitting somewhere watching paint dry, but that whole day she noticed them being busy digging in the trash looking for anything to recycle. At times like that she rather have them watching paint dry because she could put them to work.?
