Import External Props pack and light and effect pack required. I've modded Master-G's TownStreet location to a new city waterfront location. It is a little glitchy in places, but the bus stop area is useable. Credits to @Master-G, Sweethome 3D (benchs and vehicles) and Turbosquid (bus stops). NIGHT VERSION. 40 mb.
