CONTROVERISAL AD

The famed department store PARKER-WELLS has always been know for its fine quality clothing in the best of conservative taste. That image may change after releasing an ad for trade publications, the extreme fashion magazines, and adult publications such as PLAYBOY. The ad portrays a model wearing an unzipped pair of slacks with his penis clearly shown. When contacted the spokeswoman for the store defended their choice since the ad was for specialty publications only. She also went on to say that slacks were not particularly interesting and this might draw more attention. Cavalier Model Agency has reported that their model's bookings have doubled since the ad.
