STUDZ-When staff photographer suggested his golfing buddy as a model we decided to take a look. We're glad that we did after seeing Jacob. When not golfing he manages one of the few remaining mobile home parks in the Cleveland city limits. Maintaining the high standards that his grandparents set when the opened the park in 1961 has made it a very desirable place to live. With a manager like Jacob, it is even more desirable!
