Dr. Marks has been known as Middletons Miracle Maker for many years, taking on the impossible patients that it seems no one can help. Turns out hes actually driving them further into insanity and then training them to fool the rest of the world into believing that they have been rehabilitated. Years later, when all is settled down, they go ballistic and disappear, but the real question is, why would an established man of his caliber do this? And why is it that Josh lets him??
