The Pandistance 12 left page
As Abbie resigns herself to the reality that her itch will go unscratched, Frankie sets her plan in motion, while the Chairman reveals that he has a deep, dark secret addiction which may be the doom of him... I am testing out a lot of things in this 'page'. First of all, things are way too crowded in my comics, so I have decided to split things into two pages, one setup, one punchline (as my multi-frame comics tend to work that way). In this way people will not miss details in one crowded shot (discussion in the Comic forums talk about this problem in large comics). This is the left page, released with it is the right page. I am also testing new graphics functions, such as curves, saturation, lightness, hues, etc. I am trying to get a softer look, but still retaining some powerful colours (the red in Frankie's hair is a must to keep). Anyways, feedback, like always, is welcome.?
