With no evidence to officially arrest him or support from her superiors, Caedmon has taken to making Josh's life miserable. Pulling him over constantly to check his license, ticketing him for the slightest infractions, and even going so far as to install surveillance equipment without authorization. Recently, she caught him getting a milkshake in a cafe, and confiscated it claiming that he has was acting suspicious. Now she's "inspecting it" for a concealed weapon.?
