The chairman invites Caresse over to stay the night after hosting a ball. He saw her while viewing the Middleton clinic and had to have her over his place and didn't want to wait for an appointment. So he sent her a invitation and to his surprise she accepted and chatted him up about referring her new patients and a marketing deal. He suggested she stay the night and gave other indirect coy hints of his want. Later that night he came to visit her as she took a shower. Needless to say she never got to take that shower. This could be the start of a wonderful business venture.
