A top to be worn on St Patricks Day here in NYC, casual top that goes with any bottom and is a take on an Irish Dancers motif, down to the fake cape in back, and slightly transparent. For the naughty Irish in all of us. Includes a set of white Go-Go Boots with Celtic Symbols on the side to keep our Irish spirits up. Erin Go Bragh! (Braugh-original...my Grandmothers side is Irish! dont you know)
