That's a mix between my: "male_tattoo_body_02" (https://www.thri.xxx/gamerotica/item/3358937) and simschecker's: "Male Hotskin (hairy smooth)" body (https://www.thri.xxx/gamerotica/item/721858) I removed the lion at the back of my tattoos and I decreased the intensity of the model's six-pack since this was a bit exaggerated imo.
