Rose was born as part of quadruplets. When her mother got to know that she was pregnant with 4 children the Miller family moved from Ireland to GE City because of the famous doctors at GE City hospital and their specialization on multi-pregnancies. Rose's poor mother was given a hard task but she managed to give birth to 3 sons and 1 daughter. While her brothers were born from one egg Rose was born from another egg. She was the last one to came out of her mother so she's being called "little sister" by her brothers while in reality there was only a small minute span. The Miller family deceided to stay in GE City and Rose grew up there. She is a very smart girl and after school she started to go to collage to study economics. Actually Rose first forname is "Ann" but for whatever reason nobody ever calls her like that. At one point she got her arm tattoo to match with her name. While being a student at day she runs her own family business together with her brother at night (which will be reveiled as "Family Ties" moves on). While handling collage and her business can be very stressful at times it's working out for Rose and she's happy being together with her brothers.?
