The killer seems to target Viagra users , they are found with huge amounts of the drug in their systems and could be the cause of death . They are also found with some kinda clue hidden in their bodys . The Dr. found a bottle of Viagra at the scene of the most recent murder , it seems to be tampered with ! The most disturbing thing she has found is a gearshift that she removed from the last victim's rectum ! The only conclusion she could draw was that she needs to put her investigation into " high gear "!?
