“Can I get you something sir? Coffee, tea or……” I’ve looked for a clip of, I think, Bob Newhart, who did a sketch with a passenger trying to tell the stewardess that there was an engine on fire, but she kept responding with ‘Coffee, tea or milk?’ So far, the ‘net has failed me.
