In my original telling of the story, Sara Kalu was meant to be a throw away character who died after just a few pages. Instead she became one of the main people in it, took the story into a whole new direction and led to the creation of the LDA. Now I am going to redo the entire series as a graphic novel and this is how young Sara will look.
