Estell Mitchel base model

This is the base Model for Estell Mitchel, created for me by Giddy. Estell is a co-operative effort between @giddyup Giddy and myself. This was the first proposed model for the SV2 version of Myst. We eventually decided to go with the model that is now the SV2 Version of Myst Waters. So, I kept this base model and played with her. We will introduce the final work, very soon.
