Yes, Lillian is alive, and is now Japanese as well. Still not finished with her at this point, as she will not appear in the series for a while (although much further along than Aleksandra). You can also see in this shot that the theme of the series will take a different turn as well, don't worry, it will still be bizarre... Lillian serves as (one of many) disciplinarians in this makeshift police force of the future. As release of the series gets under way, I will explain a bit more about this universe...?
