sub Arms Up INTERACTIVE
Description
Interactive. A variation on one of my fave correction exercises for minor issues. Basically our sub stands with her arms up at shoulder level, palms up. In this version she shows some strain, but does not falter. Easy? Try it for 5 mins minimum. Want to really prove a point? Add a book, like the NYC phonebook.. that tends to prove a point.
