Yes, as some of you will know, Forest gets lumbered with the maintenance round here too.... Sandy: "There seems to be a problem with the drainage - like there isn't any?" Forest: "Looks bad, but is that......?" Sandy: "It's chocolate! Yasmine and I had a hot chocolate bath earlier, then showered down but....." Forest: "It set on the floor? Big surprise lady! This is going to need a BIG cleanup, and I'm afraid it's not going to be cheap!" Sandy: "Well it needs to be done.... and there's the bath as well .... do you think we might be able to negotiate some sort of 'payment plan'?
