Lieutenant Julie was called into the chief office by Captain Ashley. Captain Ashley told the chief everything about Lieutenant Julie and her showing favoritism toward one officer and only that officer. The chief would sit there listening to Captain Ashley for a while and then speak. Lieutenant Julie tells them that she treats all her officers under her command the same. And then Captain Ashley would say something out of the patrol manual about the chapter and what it said off the top of her head. Then Lieutenant Julie was told to read the patrol manual. Then later a new officer arrives, and Lieutenant Julie gives her a rundown of the operation.?
